Collection: Afrozeh

Afrozeh UK

Afrozeh is a brand based in Lahore that started in 2019 by a family with a lot of experience in textiles. They are different because they focus on the fabric first looking at how it feels and looks before adding designs. For the first four years, they were mostly known in Pakistan and had little presence in the UK. This changed with their bridal collection, The Brides '23, which sold out fast and created a waiting list. This put Afrozeh in the same group as Faiza Saqlain and Kanwal Malik. We began selling their products in 2024 and are now their authorised retailer in the UK, with all items sourced through this partnership.

What Buyers Tell Us About Afrozeh

Four things come up often in our talks with customers on WhatsApp, in reorders, and in messages after they wear the clothes:

  • The embroidery is simple and elegant. Afrozeh uses both bright and soft colours. Customers who want a nice look without too heavy embroidery often return.
  • The stitching is neat. Buyers say the clothes arrive well-made, with proper lining and matching patterns.
  • The clothes look just like the photos. The colours, embroidery, and drape match what is shown in the pictures.
  • The styles work well for modest dressing. The long shirts, full shararas, and layered dupattas fit nicely with hijab styles without needing changes.

What Afrozeh Is Known For

Signature Style

Afrozeh has a few common styles:

  • Long open shirts with shararas, which are very popular in the UK.
  • Shararas are a key focus for the 2026 collection, following a trend for fuller styles.
  • Peshwas and angrakha frocks paired with lehangas for festive and bridal wear.
  • Open gowns with lehengas also known as The Brides style.
  • Long slit maxis with Shararas in the Hayat and The Brides lines.
  • Short shirts with sharara or shalwar for a more casual look.

Embroidery — Hand and Machine

Afrozeh uses two types of embroidery. Hand-embellishment with sequins, beads, and stones is used for bridal and festive lines: The Brides, Shehnai Wedding Formals, and selected pieces from Dastangoi include hand embroidery. Machine embroidery with fine threadwork is used for lawn and lighter formal lines like Mulaqat, Sunspell, Florette, and Sheer Khurma, offering good quality fabric at a fair price. The brand uses sequins, beads, stones, dabka, zari thread, and metallic threads. In bridal pieces, embellishments are placed neatly on the front, dupatta borders, and hems, giving a refined look.

Fabric Range

Afrozeh offers a range of fabrics: lawn for summer and casual wear, organza for formals, raw silk for winter, jacquard for luxury, net for bridal, tissue for layered styles, karandi for winter, velvet for winter nights, paper cotton for Eid, and zari for both fabric and embroidery.

Colour Signature

Afrozeh's colours change with the seasons. Spring and summer have soft tones like blush and mint. Winter and bridal collections feature deeper colours like maroon and emerald, with gold and silver embroidery. The brand does bright primary colours also, so if you want bold shades, Afrozeh is the right choice.
